Where multiple accounts are detected, b88 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation, and forfeit any bonus funds.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.
You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. You must not share your username, password, or any other access credential with any third party. b88 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
b88 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) standards. Completion of KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed from a Member's Account.

Standard KYC reviews are completed within 24–48 business hours of receiving all required documentation. Withdrawals will be held pending completion of KYC where verification has not yet been obtained. b88 will notify Members via their registered email address of any outstanding documentation requirements.
b88 supports a range of payment methods for Malaysian Members, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct online banking with Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and RHB Bank, as well as cryptocurrency deposits in BTC, ETH, and USDT. Supported methods are subject to change; the current list is displayed at the point of deposit.
The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 per transaction unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. There is no maximum deposit limit under standard account conditions; however, enhanced verification may be required for deposits above specified thresholds.
Deposits made via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and FPX are typically credited to your Account balance within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. b88 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
All accounts operated by Malaysian Members are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. b88 does not guarantee any particular exchange rate and accepts no liability for foreign exchange losses.

b88 reserves the right to return funds to the original deposit method as part of its AML compliance obligations. Where a different withdrawal method is requested, additional verification may be required.
b88 offers a range of promotional offers to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and free bet credits. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions below in addition to any offer-specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion.
Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount only (not the deposit amount plus bonus). A wagering requirement of 35x on a RM 100 bonus means the Member must place RM 3,500 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable real-money balance. Different game types may contribute differently to the wagering requirement — typically, slots contribute 100% and live dealer games contribute at a reduced rate. All bets, wagers, and game plays on the b88 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game type, sport, or event. These rules are accessible within the relevant game or betting market interface.
b88 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion. A bet is only confirmed once a confirmation reference number has been issued to the Member. Bets communicated verbally or via customer support are not valid unless confirmed through the Platform system.
In the event of a system error, software fault, or obvious pricing error ("palpable error"), b88 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stake. This applies to all game types including sports betting, live casino, and slots. b88 does not accept liability for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
Live in-play betting markets — including live football, Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, EPL matches, and UFC events — are subject to suspension at any time at b88's discretion. Accepted live bets will stand unless the bet relates to an event that had already concluded at the time of acceptance due to a data feed delay, in which case b88 reserves the right to void the bet.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the b88 platform. Violation of any of these restrictions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.
All content on the b88 platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and the underlying code — is the property of b88 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, publication, or commercial use of any Platform content without b88's prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:
Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, b88's total aggregate liability to any Member shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Member in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request. b88 will make reasonable efforts to prevent a self-excluded Member from opening a new account but cannot guarantee prevention in all circumstances, particularly where different identity information is used.

A Member may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting b88 customer support. Any real-money balance will be returned to the Member via their verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC and all applicable wagering requirements.
b88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, unverified identity, or regulatory requirements. Where termination is due to a Member's breach, b88 reserves the right to withhold balance pending investigation.
An Account with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. b88 will notify the Account holder via registered email prior to any dormancy fees being applied. Dormancy fees, if applicable, are published in the current fee schedule accessible through the Member dashboard.
b88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via the registered email address and/or through a notice displayed on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect, except where an immediate change is required by law, regulation, or urgent security considerations.
Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulatory frameworks under which b88 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to b88's internal dispute resolution process — details of which are available through customer support.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within thirty (30) days of formal notification, the matter may be referred to an independent adjudication body as specified by the applicable regulatory framework.
Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
